Memberships run from January 1 thru December 31 of
the current year. Membership Dues paid after
September 30th of the current year will apply to the
following year.
We accept Membership Applications throughout the
year:
Membership definitions are as follows:
*Active member – Will support the club by attending at least 4 meetings
and worked 2 Shows, accumulative time of 4 hours, for said year or be
involved in event prep for any show (clean-up, lawn mowing, concession
set-up, bull pen set-up). If work/school keeps a person from attending
meetings they may work an additional 4 hours to offset not being able to
attend meetings. Must be 16 years of age or older to have the right to vote.
Will sign in with show management for work assignment and to have work hours
counted. Must fall in above category to have the right to vote on officers
or run for office. Any exceptions to the above shall be voted on by a
majority of the qualified voting members.
**Supporting member – Has no plans on being present at meetings or
helping at events. They will not have the right to vote.
***Affiliate Membership/Sponsorship – Full page ad in sponsor book and
one vote if present at meeting and does not have plans on working or
assisting in programs but must attend at least 3 meetings. This will give
them the right to vote at all meetings on general business and annual
meeting for election of officers if present.
Anyone 16 years of age or older becoming a member of said year after all
shows are complete and not being able to earn the right to vote on officer
and /or run for office per Active Member Rules may still vote on general
business.
